Registration Conditions
- Registration in the system is limited to accredited institutions, companies and commercial entities only
- All registered information must be correct and up to date
- Platform management reserves the right to refuse or suspend any account that violates policies
Contract and Commitment Registration
- Enter all contracts concluded with customers into the system
- The platform is not responsible for any unregistered process or contract
- The institution alone is legally responsible for the accuracy of the entered information
Platform Nature and Scope
- Ajjel Platform operates as a technical service provider for data and process management
- The platform is not a credit information entity
- The contractual and financial relationship between the institution and the customer remains the responsibility of the parties
Information Confidentiality and Data Protection
- The platform does not display complete sensitive data to any unauthorized party
- The platform commits to implementing appropriate protection measures
- The platform complies with the applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
These terms are subject to the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
