Open WhatsApp devices
From “Integrations” choose “WhatsApp devices”, then “Link a new WhatsApp device”. -

Link by scanning the QR code
On your phone open WhatsApp → Settings → Linked devices → Link a device, then scan the code shown on the screen. -

Or link with a phone code
Useful on iPhone or when scanning isn’t possible: enter the WhatsApp number with the country code (e.g. 9665xxxxxxxx) and request a link code. In WhatsApp choose “Link with phone number instead” and enter the code. -

Confirm the connection
The device status shows “Connected”. Send a test message to make sure.
Good to know
Keep the phone connected to the internet. If the status shows “Reconnecting”, the device is still linked and will reconnect automatically.
