  1. 1

    The default cash account

Every branch is created with a default cash account. Any money entering or leaving the branch is recorded in a specific account, so no money is left without a place.
  2. 2

    Open Cash & banks

From “Finance” open “Cash & banks” to see all accounts: cash, banks and payment gateways. Each account shows who its money belongs to: the office or each investor.
  3. 3

    Add payment methods

From “Payment methods” add your bank accounts or payment gateways so they appear during collection and deposits.
  4. 4

    The office wallet

From “Office wallet” you track the office commissions, withdrawals and the cumulative balance for all branches.
  5. 5

    Transfers between accounts

When moving money from cash to the bank, record a transfer between the two accounts so each balance keeps matching reality.
Good to know
Review the cash balance at the end of each day and compare it with the actual amount in the till.
